Competition Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is: Entire Cover, a trading name of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited. Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 309599.   1. This is a competition for the fastest lap on our Racing Simulator located on the Entire Cover stand at Motorcycle Live 2024 between the 16th November and 24th November 2024. There is no entry fee to enter this Competition, however entrants will be required to complete an entry form.
  2. There will be one winner that will receive the following prize: £250 cash. To win you must have the fastest recorded lap by the closing date of the competition.
  3. The winner will be the individual with the fastest recorded TT Simulator lap as verified by Entire Cover and/or its agents with the use of a leaderboard of time records. If more than one person has the same fastest lap - one overall winner will be picked at random from the pool of individuals with the fastest lap, under the same verification.
  4. The start date for the competition is 16th November 2024 at 10am. The closing date for entry will be 24th November 2024 at 17:00. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
  5. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over with a valid email address who choose to participate in the TT Racing Simulator game at the NEC.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash equivalent or alternative.
  8. Entries to the competition can be withdrawn at any time.
  1. Entire Cover is part of the group of companies owned by Markerstudy Group Limited who have a direct holding in our business. Employees of Markerstudy Group Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition including helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

  3. The winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email by 6th December 2024, and the voucher will be distributed to them by 20th December 2024.
  4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  5. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.
    1. The entrants agree to have their email, name and telephone data captured for the purpose of fulfilling the prize, if successful.
    2. Winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the competition, may be used by Entire Cover for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. Winner may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
      2. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
      3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
      4. Entry into the competition by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
