To enter the prize draw you must complete the entry form, which is available on the Ipads or via the QR code which can be located on the Entire Cover stand at Motorcycle Live between 16th November and 24th November 2024.
This prize draw will run from 16th November 2024 to 11.59pm on 24th November 2024.
There is one prize consisting of a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet, Spada Muramsasa CE jacket, trousers and gloves and Sidi Adventure Mid 2 Gore boots, bundle worth over £1,400. Items are subject to stock availability, and if a specified item is not available an equivalent alternative will be provided.
Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 and over.
The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 10 working days of 24th November 2024, and the prize fulfilled by 6th January 2025. The winner will be required to confirm sizes required and delivery address to enable fulfilment. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The prize draw is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
This prize draw is open to residents of the UK.
Entire Cover is part of the group of companies owned by Markerstudy Group Limited who have a direct holding in our business. Employees of Markerstudy Group Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw including helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
The winner will be chosen from all entries received by and automated random number generation process and verified by the promotor and/or its agents and overseen by and independently appointed person. Winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by Entire Cover for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
